With one call, the Elder Helpline will provide you with information and referral assistance on programs and services available to meet your needs or the needs of your elder loved ones. You know you will be getting accurate information because our staff members are certified Information & Referral Specialists who have received special training. We feel it is as important to be patient as it is to be accurate. Our staff will listen to you, refer you to the appropriate services and explain how to access those services.
